We are SOOO sorry, and are so sad that we could not get you on our team. Thank you for coming out! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLAY VOLLEYBALL OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL

I strongly encourage and urge you to consider joining a team outside of school!
This game is SO fun and you can learn so much with any of the clubs below:

*IMPORTANT* - Mr. Stav is not affiliated with any of these outside of school opportunities. I only post these opportunities for YOUR benefit! For this reason, I won't be able to answer most of your questions about these clubs/ camps, you will need to contact them with questions.

If you want to SHINE in front of everybody, you have to WORK in front of nobody.

IMPORTANT PARENTS!

ATTENDANCE:

Practices are MANDATORY
Morning Practices START at 8:00am
All players must be ON TIME
Any player who knows they will miss practice/game or be late must personally (not through a friend) give Mr. Stav notice of their absence 1 day before (or more if possible)
Players who are injured are still expected to attend all practices and games

PLAY TIME:

Thank you for understanding that we are simply teachers volunteering our time and we ask that playtime not be disputed
All players will have an opportunity to work their way into the starting line up at practices.
During regular season games, we will do our best to give everyone a chance to play
During PLAYDOWNS, playtime will be determined by performance in practices and previous game situations.
Negative behaviour in class and around the school WILL negatively impact playing time (or even status on the team)

EVERY PLAYER MUST HAVE A PARENT/GUARDIAN ON OUR
REMIND:

Mr. Stav will contact players and parents via remind about practices and games.
Mr. Stav will use Remind to coordinate rides to all of our away games and Playdowns
This will be especially important for last minute changes!
All players need to have at least 1 person subscribed to these texts
